Tiny town is a special celebration where students come together to build little miniature towns out of natural materials. Families send in leaves, twigs, rocks, seed pods, shells, and more. Students are placed in tribes, which are made up of children from each class, so they get the opportunity to work in multi-age teams. The result is a wonderful collaboration that produces not only the most beautiful little fantasy houses (imagine fairy houses), but beautiful friendships as well.  When the building is over, the tribes take a tour of all of the other little creations. Tiny Town  happens in the fall, as an opportunity for students to get to know each other early in the school year.
