Application and Enrollment Information
Applications for 2013-2014 are posted below. Please print and either return to our main office or mail to:

The enrollment lottery deadline was March 15, 2013. Results were mailed to the home address listed on the application on Tuesday, March 26th.
You may still apply for the 2013-2014 school year, but applications received after the lottery deadline are not added to the wait list. If we have openings we cannot fill using the wait list, we will hold another lottery using the applications submitted post-deadline.
Within two weeks of submitting your application you will recieve a confirmation email with detailed information about our lottery process. If you do not receive an email within that time frame please let us know via email. Applications are not considered complete without the confirmation email. Many other enrollment related questions can be answered by reading our FAQ.
Our next tour is April 16th at 11:00. Please call the office at 462-9404, ext. 0 to reserve a space.
